Nicholas Paul Jenkins’ petition for wheelchair user

As a member of Politics Society, Will Cole, our news editor for the Spark print, recently met someone who is campaigning for something meaningful. Nicholas Paul Jenkins is a dedicated Politics Society member who loves a good night out. However, it is quite difficult for him to get out as much as possible as he uses a wheelchair. Hence, Nick started a petition for step-free access in public houses and bars as he fully understands the frustration of wheelchair users. 10,000 signatures are needed for the government to respond to this petition and it will be considered for debate in Parliament at 100,000 signatures. The Spark decides to fully support step free access. Follow the link to Nick’s petition and it would be a great help to our friends with disability. All it takes is a few clicks and you can improve a person’s life!
