Reading Fest Highlights

After a long and crazy weekend at Reading Festival 2018 this weekend, we finally have time to sit down and reflect on some of the many highlights which took place. It was an honour to attend the festival on behalf of The Spark where we met other great members of the media and watched so many amazing performances from both prominent and rising artists…

Our first highlight is Rex Orange County; at the age of just twenty years old it was crazy how huge the crowd of dedicated fans singing along to his songs such as Loving is Easy and Best Friend was.» >

Reading Festival is undoubtedly a must-attend summer event for all young Southerners and with this year’s rock meets indie meets electronic line-up it is definitely not one to be missed. Stretching across the August bank holiday weekend (26th – 28th), it is situated perfectly in the middle of every student’s summer holidays.
