- Plum tomatoes/baby tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil
Step 1 : Chop tomatoes in half, and garlic into small chunks
Step 2 : Fry tomatoes and garlic on a very low heat for about 20 minutes
Step 3 : Add basil
Step 4 : Cook pasta in boiling water for about 20 minutes, continue cooking tomatoes
Step 5 : Toss together in frying pan, serve with Parmesan.
