Keep Calm and Do Yogalates!

Yogalates is a combination of yoga, Pilates and general fitness, so a bit of everything! The classes are quite big which means there’s a really fun vibe while we exercise and listen to chart music. Yogalates is an exciting new way to get fit;  the classes are aimed to be exciting and keep you wanting to come back for more! We welcome new members of all abilities and hope that even beginners will become enthused with the practice of yogalates.


Yogalates Class – Credit University of Reading Yogalates

We  run classes at least once a week, although this can be altered depending on turnout. The classes will be engaging and are run by students, so this means that if you have anything new you want to try and bring to the class it will always be welcome! Sessions are on Tuesdays at 6:30pm in Wessex Hall, so if you are keen please bring a yoga mat/towel, water and wear comfy clothing.

Our taster sessions are on the 27th September and 4th October at 6.30pm in Wessex Hall on campus. Our first social is on the 19th October and will be themed ‘wear something beginning with the same letter as your first name’ and we are going to union the biggest night out for students . Its going to be great fun!
