5-Step Student Cooking: Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 75g melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 115g caster sugar
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 50g chocolate
  • Walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1 – Mix together mashed bananas with melted butter and sugar, then add in the whisked eggs.

Step 2 – Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients in a large bowl

Step 3 – Mix well, then add to muffin cases
Step 4 – Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes at 180C
Step 5 – Serve
